The apartment is located in the most charming part of Seville, in the historic Jewish Quarter of Santa Cruz, where the Alcázar, the Cathedral, and other iconic monuments are found.

On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, and a small guest toilet. Upstairs on the second floor, you will find two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.35 x 1.90 m) and another with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), as well as a full bathroom. From this floor, a staircase leads to a private terrace equipped with a small table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine, and another area with two sun loungers to relax in the Seville sunshine.

Lope de Rueda Street is one of the most beautiful streets in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, where you can experience the authentic essence of the city: narrow streets, whitewashed houses, balconies adorned with geraniums, and historic corners that seem to transport you over a thousand years back in time.

The area offers numerous restaurants, tapas bars, and small shops to meet all your needs. Just a few meters from the apartment, you can enjoy the finest Sevillian and Andalusian cuisine.

The flat was great and the terrace was a great feature, but there was a sewage smell in the toilets, especially when showering.
