La posizione è molto centrale, nel cuore del quartiere ebraico.
Da qui si visita tutto il centro di Siviglia a piedi. E' vicino a bar e ristoranti e proprio sotto la palazzina c'è una bella piazzetta all'ombra con bar e ristoranti.
Noi abbiamo soggiornato a inizio aprile e non abbiamo avuto bisogno dell'aria condizionata che comunque è presente con due split nei due ambienti principali.
Comodo il servizio dei locker a 100mt dall'appartamento per lasciare i bagagli all'arrivo o il giorno della partenza.
L'appartamento e i letti non sono grandissimi.
La zona centrale lo rende un po' rumoroso se si lasciano le finestre aperte. Anche con le finestre chiuse, sebbene gli infissi siano nuovi, il rumore si sente un po'. Per chi ha il sonno leggero, consiglio di portarsi i tappi per le orecchie!

Very good location close to alcazar and cathedral area. Very clean and comfortable. Responsive host.
Access was via steep stairs which may be a problem for some people. Above a bar so noise until around 12 midnight. Mild drain smell in bathroom ok if you kept it aired.

Todo estaba como indica en la foto. Excelente ubicación y el inquilino muy agradable nos dejo quedarnos hasta las 16 para tener las maletas guardadas.
No había jabón de manos. Pero el resto nos gustó todo.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral.
Es riecht zum Teil unangenehm, der Laminatboden ist ziemlich abgenutzt, die Sockelleisten sind aufgeplatzt, das Bügelbrett ist sehr instabil und kaum nutzbar (kracht in sich bei Druck) und das Bügeleisen sollte man mit Vorsicht nutzen. Insgesamt wirkt das Apartment auf den Fotos wirklich sehr süß und cozy, die Wirklichkeit ist eher ernüchternd.
