Superior apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for up to 4 guests. It is centrally located on calle Angeles - a quiet pedestrian street in the very heart of Seville, just 1 minute walk from the Cathedral.
The interiors are of exceptional quality and finish and are decorated in an uncluttered, contemporary style. There is central air conditioning (hot/cold), double-glazing and under-floor heating. Free WIFI internet access.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, central table and TV. A large window faces the interior building courtyard. The adjacent dining area has a table with 4 chairs. Next to the dining room is the kitchen, which is fully equipped for self-catering. Appliances include an oven, dishwasher and washing-machine.
A corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has twin beds (90x190cm) placed together and a fitted wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. Bedroom 2 has twin beds (90x190cm) and a fitted wardrobe. The second bathroom has bathtub with an overhead shower, and is next to bedroom 2.
The apartment is on the first floor of a contemporary residential building built in 2016, with elevator. Despite its central location next to the Cathedral, it is extremely quiet - without exterior noises.

The location was great. Centre to everything you want to see in Seville and all with in walking distance. Apartment is quiet and clean and right around the corner from many restaurants.

Apartment location was fantastic- couldn’t have wanted better. Host - Manuel - was very helpful as was the information briefing ( restaurants, places to visit etc).

Location was fantastic!!! Loved having an English speaking person meet us at the apartment to check us in & he explained so many things that helped our stay turn out wonderful!!!
