About this house rental
At SAULT LIFE you can relax at home by the pool or take a short drive to put your toes into the sand at Ft. Myers Beach! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is the perfect retreat for a family vacation or a weekend away with friends.
The home has an open floor plan with the master bedroom/bath on one side and the two other bedrooms on the other. Each bedroom has a privacy lock to prevent accidental entry by other guests in your party.
We are located in the desirable SW area of Cape Coral. There is a park with tennis courts and a playground within a 5 minute walk (we have some spare baseball gloves and tennis rackets available for your use as well).
Within a 10 minute walk, there is a Publix grocery store, Walgreens drug store, McDonald’s, Burger King, local restaurants (Try out Lobster Lady for seafood! You won’t be disappointed) and bars. 10 minutes in the other direction is Cape Harbor with restaurants and an outdoor bar that has live music in the courtyard on Tuesdays and Fridays.
If you want to drive, or Uber, we are about 15 minutes to SE 47th Terrace which has restaurants and bars of all kinds.
Cross over the Cape Coral bridge towards Ft Myers and the beach is about a 25 minute drive.
RSW airport is 45 minutes away. (Note, most places in Cape Coral are about 45 minutes to the airport)

Phenomenal stay and host. Very accommodating. The surrounding area was safe and friendly neighborhood. The property was fresh, open, clean and beyond my expectations. Host went out of his way to accommodate our needs. I count the days until I can return to this perfect vacation getaway again. If 10 stars were an option; I would give it.

We had a wonderful stay! The house had everything we wanted and the pool was great!! The location worked very well for us, close to Publix, and places to go out enjoy good meal and just a short drive to Fort Myers beach. Will definitely stay again!!

The was by far one of the best VRBO’s I’ve stayed in. There were 5 of us celebrating our 70th. The layout was perfect, the pool and outside lounging area and the kitchen accommodated all we needed. I would highly recommend this property! Great location for beaches, shopping and dining. Thanks Matt!

Our six week snowbird vacation in Cape Coral was perfect. The house is beautifully decorated and is in a great location. Very close to shopping and restaurants. It has a great heated pool and everything you need in the house for a comfortable stay. Matthew is a great property manager. Very friendly and answers calls very promptly. We will definitely stay here in the future and recommend Matthew and his vacation home to family and friends.
