Philip was my host and was fantastic. We were in a terrible situation with another rental and our privacy was invaded so we left. Philip helped us get into this home ASAP. He worked with VRBO and had my family in this beautiful home in 1 hr. This home did not disappoint us. It was beautifully decorated, plenty of space. The dock had stunning views. Everything worked and the pictures don't do it justice. We stay in Cape Coral every year and it was a pleasure to meet Philip, and I would Definity rent from him again. Only thing I would recommend for this house is some kind of entertainment ex: kayaks, cornhole, spikeball, ladder toss. We also willing rented this house knowing there was none.

The house was beautiful and at a great location. The town is so chill and pretty. There was a beach about 10 minutes away and loads of restaurants. Sanibel Island was about a 30 minute drive which was also beautiful. The home was equipped with everything we needed. My dad loved to fish off the private dock. My 13 and 10 year old nieces loved the pool. My brother loved the office area so he could play his pc games. There were even people that came out to check on the pool.

The house itself was great! Clean, quiet, spacious, well stocked, plenty of ceiling fans, excellent pool, excellent beds and bedding, washer and dryer, deck and tiki hut outside. We frequently rent homes. This is the 1st time renting from and dealing with a 3rd party management company though. In the past, everywhere that we've stayed has been directly through the actual home owner/s. We will never again rent a home that is managed by a management company. The experience was not good compared to dealing with warm and caring home owners who truly care about their renters experience and the home. It felt very removed. We felt like just another number. It's different dealing with people who just have a job to do vs dealing with the home owner. Even though we did really enjoy this property, we will not rent it again. Also, there are many strict rules and it felt stressful to worry about keeping the AC at a set temp or be charged extra. I felt like I was constantly worrying about extra charges, not relaxing. We kept off the lights, didn't warm the pool up extra or even heat the hot tub once and we still went beyond the dollar amount per week allowance and were charged over double that allowance. With being so incredibly careful with our usage and following all the guidelines it is frustrating to still go over. It is an expensive rental as is. I understand that some people may abuse and overuse but in all of our many rental experiences we have never been to a place that is so strict.
