Welcome to Casa Colada, a renovated 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath Cape Coral retreat designed for relaxed Florida living. The home sleeps up to 10 and features a private pool, covered lanai, outdoor dining, 5 smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, laundry, and free parking.
Spend the day by the pool, grill dinner on the lanai, or use the home as an easy base for Cape Coral, Fort Myers, beaches, dining, boating, kayaking, fishing, and family time.

Locked owner closets, storage areas, mechanical areas, service areas, and supplies not clearly intended for guest use are not included in the rental.

The primary suite includes a private bath with a stand-up shower, double vanity, and soaking tub. The home also includes a second full bathroom with pool-area access and a convenient half bath.
The outdoor space is the highlight: a private pool, covered lanai, lounge seating, outdoor dining, TV, and pass-through window from the kitchen. The home also includes fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, laundry, full closets in each bedroom, and free parking.

Pool & lawn service: Routine pool, lawn, pest, and maintenance vendors may access exterior areas during a stay, usually during daytime hours. We do our best to minimize disruption.
Grill: The BBQ grill is available for guest use, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane tank and cleaning the grill after use.
Security cameras: Exterior security cameras may be present at entry and exterior areas for safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside the home or in private interior spaces.
Pets: Pets require advance written approval and must be included in the reservation before arrival.

Just loved this house so much! Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances. The pool was wonderful and the house itself is well maintained and beautiful. The host was super nice and very quick and attentive. Definitely a win for us!!! Highly recommend!
