Beautiful designer single storey apartment with an area of 63 m2 + 40 m2 terrace in a small recent charming residence, located in an area of 10,000 m2, 3 minutes by car from the superb Santa Giulia beach and 5 min from the beaches of Palombaggia. Porto Vecchio is 10 minutes away. Shops at 5mn
You benefit from a superb infinity pool of 300 m2 and a pool house reserved for residents.
The tastefully decorated living room / living room / open kitchen has an area of 30m2 and opens onto the private terrace of 40m2 partly covered with a pergola. Very well furnished terrace (dining area, lounge and barbecue) which overlooks the residence's gardens
2 bedrooms (1 with a 160 x 200 bed and 1 with two 90 x 190 single beds)
1 additional high-quality bed in the living room (leather / convertible sofa)
Very well equipped: flat screen TV, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave ...
Fully air conditioned.
Wifi, tourist tax, linen (beds made on arrival) and end of stay cleaning included in the price

Very clean and well equipped villa. It has everything you need for your stay. Soundproofing could be better it does get noisy during school holidays, but it's a holiday home. If you like to sit outside in the evening will need something against mosquitos spray or candles (plenty of protection in local shops). Beach 5-10 min away by car with plenty of parking for 10EUR but may find spot for free at Santa Giulia if lucky. Porto Vecchio 10-15 min away by car.
Communication with host very good, will answer all your questions.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful and cozy Appartment. From the first day onwards Karine Lettree was a perfect host.
The Appartment ist just a few kilometers far away from the beautiful beach Santa Giulia.
The Appartment ist well equipped, all necessary things you need are there.
All in all we definitely recommend this Appartment for all who wants to spend there vacations on Corsica !! We stayed with 5 people in the Appartment (2 adults and three kids at the age of 17/13/12)

We have spent 9 nights in this very nice, modern and spacious holiday home. The house is perfectly located in a quiet and well-maintained park, where children can play securely outside. Nearest supermarket and bakery within 5 minutes drive.
The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen very well equiped and maintained, even with some salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil..... The outside shady veranda is a perfect place to spent your days at the large dining table or relaxing sofa and chairs. Maybe one note of importance: like every-where there are mosquitous in early morning and evening. Unfortunately the windows and veranda-door lack mosquito-screens. With closing the windows and lights before dusk and, if necessary, with aircondition on (very quiet!) that shouldn't be a problem.
Without hesitating, we can recommend this house to everybody searching for a clean, modern, spacious holiday appartment near Corsica's finest beaches!
