Blow of heart for this mini Villa
We live in Annecy and we have completely cracked
A small house with garden and terrace fully equipped garden furniture, table chairs, with plancha and sofa armchairs,
Equipped kitchen, storage, large fridge - freezer, living room sofa bed, television, air conditioning.
a double room 160 cm
2nd bedroom double bed
pull-out bed in living room 2 X 90/200
bathroom sink bath, separate toilet, washing machine,
in a closed secure complex with barriers in the evening
A 5 MM shops, bar, tobacco Resto, brewery, pool access with drinks, tennis, and all on foot ....
(Pool at the black square brewery accessible with consumption and optional tennis ...)
and especially 10 MM of the beach on foot .....

TrÚs beau logement complet avec terrasse dominant la jolie plage de Santa Giulia accessible à pied en 10 minutes à pied (un peu plus sportif au retour, mais ça se fait !). Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour.

Bon emplacement, facile d'accÚs, parking dédié, accÚs à la plage à pied et vue sur le Golfe de Santa Giulia, c'est déjà trÚs bien

Cette mini villa bĂ©nĂ©ficie dâune magnifique vue sur la baie de Santa Giulia mais la plage semble quand mĂȘme un peu loin Ă pieds.
Pour le confort il reste encore quelques points à améliorer :
1/ la Clim se trouve dans la piĂšce principale donc il fait un peu trop chaud dans les chambres.
2/ aucun kit de bienvenue (eau, sel, poivreâŠ.)
3/ dans les placards de chambres quelques cintres dĂ©pareillĂ©s et tordus et beaucoup de choses en vrac qui prennent de la place (palmes, parasolsâŠ.)
4/ les draps de lit sont payants mais en guise de draps housse et housse de couette nous nâavons eu que 2 draps plats et les lits nâĂ©taient pas faits Ă notre arrivĂ©e.
5/ Dans la cuisine, certes il yâa 3 machines Ă cafĂ© mais pas de passoire pour les pĂątes ni de bols.
6/ la tonnelle de la terrasse est en bambou donc malheureusement quand il pleut, nous devons manger Ă lâintĂ©rieur.
7/ les housses de coussins et plaid du canapĂ© mĂ©riteraient un passage en machine car ils sentaient trĂšs fort lâhumiditĂ©
Points positifs : 1/ nous avons eu le droit de rentrer dans la maison dĂšs le matin puisquâil nây avait personne avant nous
2/ nous avons pu séjourner avec nos 2 chiens
3/ la personne qui nous a réceptionné et la propriétaire sont trÚs agréable
