Villa with heated infinity pool, nice amenities, quiet and intimate, ideally located between Porto-Vecchio (5km) and the famous beach of Santa-Giulia (2km) in the hamlet of Precojo.
3 bedrooms (2 with 160 x 190 bed and 1 with 2 90 x 190 beds), living room with fitted kitchen and adjoining pantry, 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet.
Fully air-conditioned villa, wi-fi, quality equipment.
Electric gate access with code.
Hotel services: cleaning service, breakfast and supply of linen on request.
Deposit of 1500€ to be paid on arrival by check, bank imprint or cash.
Compulsory exit cleaning: 150€

We had a lovely time in Corsica. The Villa was fantastic and more than enough room for 4 x adults and a young child. The photos really don’t do this place justice. Recently renovated kitchen, living and bathrooms. Lots of space and storage. All mod-cons. The villa itself is situated a few km from everywhere but not walking distance. Roads in and out are not pedestrian friendly and there are some feral dogs wandering around so we didn’t go wandering. Car is a must (which I think is the case throughout Corsica). Only draw backs in the villa; 1) Main bathroom had a bath but no stand up shower (meaning we needed to sit down to shower in the bath). The bedroom with the en-suite had a shower though. 2) The timber deck around the pool area was old and was riddled with splinters meaning footwear was a must when walking outside and our young boy couldn’t crawl outside which was sad. I understand that the deck is due for an update soon though. Marie (the host) was very helpful and great to deal with. Overall a great villa and definitely recommended.

We enjoyed our vacation in Corsica. Our stay at the villa was relaxing. We found everything that we needed and expected. The villa is clean, modern, with a very nice pool and garden and it is situated in a guiet area.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est superbe, très fonctionnelle avec une magnifique piscine et aucun vis à vis. L’emplacement est parfait permettant d’accéder à la plage en 15 min en voiture, aux différents commerces et au centre ville de porto vecchio.
