About this villa rental
Casa Anaka sits atop one of the highest points in Manuel Antonio. This superior quality two-bedroom Villa provides 360-degree views of the sweeping Pacific coastline, majestic mountain ranges and palm plantation.
Casa Anaka is located in a gated community with dozens of multi-million-dollar homes and 24-hour security so it is the ideal place to indulge for your tropical vacation. Private, quiet, safe and surrounded by rainforest and wildlife reserves are just a few reasons why most homes in this area are in such demand.
With over 2,000 square feet of Living space, this luxury villa has 2 floors with a beautifully designed wood spiral staircase to get to each. There is a large Master bedroom on the first floor near the entry for easy access to the parking area in the front and infinity pool in the back. The other bedroom is on the second floor and it has two queen size beds. This also has an en-suite bathroom with a beautifully designed shower. The living area has three large custom daybeds and a full bath for additional friends or family. A custom ramp allows for handicap accessibility and the entire Villa can accommodate up to 7 guests. This is Costa Rican elegance at its best. From the lovely ocean-view master suite with an en-suite bathroom, to the romantic mountain-view king suite, to the open living, dining and kitchen area, to the terraces, pool and dramatic vistas, you will be living in paradise in this modern villa.
This fully air-conditioned Villa was designed and built with quality in mind. The custom ceilings provide a balanesion feel with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors which brighten every corner. All doors open completely so that you can allow the cool and refreshing breezes in during the day while enjoying the surrounding nature. An open-concept features a comfortable living room that is ideal for gatherings, a dining room that will comfortably meet your needs.
The Kitchen and dining areas are located on the upper level as is the King Suite. The fully equipped kitchen contains all top of the line stainless steel appliances and furnishings that allow you to prepare a gourmet meal or if you prefer to dine in comfort without any effort, arrange with your Personal Concierge and Vacation Coordinator for a chef-prepared dinner at the Villa. Sitting with the sliding doors open with our beautiful climate while viewing an incredible sunset, will take all of your stress away. Casa Anaka is absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived we were surrounded by stunning ocean and mountain views that truly took our breath away. The open-air design and floor-to-ceiling windows make you feel completely immersed in nature, and the infinity pool is nothing short of spectacular the perfect place to relax and take it all in.Every amenity was thoughtfully designed and beautifully maintained, making the home both luxurious and comfortable. One of the most magical parts of staying here was the abundance of wildlife. We saw toucans, macaws, and iguanas right on the property, which made the experience feel even more special and uniquely Costa Rican.Casa Anaka is the perfect blend of luxury, nature, and tranquility. It’s a truly unforgettable place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an extraordinary stay.Camillo was absolutely amazing ! He was attentive to everything we needed . He had groceries for us when we arrived and whenever we needed a taxi it was arranged. We hired the private chef and it was absolutely amazing and highly recommend .Jordan and Katty were amazing . Housekeeping was wonderful .Casa Anaka is a 5 Star property !!!

We just completed a six-night stay at Casa Anaka and wanted to share that it was a fabulous experience. We highly recommend it.Our host ensured a smooth arrival. The house was spotless, and the housekeeping staff returned it to perfection every other day. The grounds and landscaping are immaculate and well-tended. The pool area was clean and tidy — all the better for enjoying the valley view below and mountains in the distance.And, as an unexpected bonus, a family of Scarlett Macaws nest nearby. One morning, we watched them roost in a tree across the pool, feeding a juvenile. We also were frequented by two toucans, and saw many other species from our deck.The trade-off for private, secure and very quiet lodging in the foothills is that you’ll need either a SUV or reliance on Uber/taxis with good road clearance. We used Uber Comfort and had no issues other than a couple 10-15 minute waits. Rides were 5-10, including tip.

We had the most wonderful time at Casa Anaka. The pictures do it no justice! Camilo, the concierge, met us at the home on our arrival for a tour. The housekeeper was fabulous, even doing our laundry while we were out. Would highly recommend this property!
