About this house rental
Stay in the middle of Beachwalk just steps from the pool with the Lake Kai beach at your back door. Near the fishing pier, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, sand volleyball court, clubhouse and cafe. The resort has ping pong, pool table, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boats, playgrounds, shuffleboard, and bocci ball. The master bedroom suite with king bed is on the ground floor. Upstairs is a second bedroom suite with queen and trundle beds. Loft has two twin beds. Beautiful views of Lake Kai and a short walk to Lake Michigan. Book now for best dates!

This was the PERFECT spot at Beachwalk Resort for our vacation! Roght next to the swimming pool and a little sandy beach directly off the back porch. It made our trip with a two year old so much easier. We really appreciated the beach chairs and sand toys that came with the house too!

The location is great right next to the small lake. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking (a larger dining table would be ideal). Check in was easy and the house was very clean. Overall we recommend and would stay again!

Every year we return to the yellow submarine is better than the last. Great memories in Lake Kai and taking in all the resort has to offer; kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, Fishing, shuffle board, ping pong and so much more. The yellow submarine is a great value perfectly located next to the pool, directly on Kai lake and a stones throw to the club house. Every year we notice new improvements and are delighted with our stay. We can’t wait till next year.

Not our first time at Beachwalk and this visit was just as great as others, but the house, not so much.
For how much they’re charging, they aren’t keeping the house up to date. Shotty grill, rotting decking boards and screws sticking out to snag your feet on. Cleanliness was lackluster; floors, baseboards and corners covered in dust dirt, moldy showers on both floors.
With so many amazing options available in Beachwalk, a higher standard is expected.
