The Space:
Look no further than 8 Eaglewood — a stylish and comfortable Sunriver retreat with beautiful golf course views. This contemporary, two-story condominium features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and air conditioning, and is ideally located on the 10th fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course.
Inside, the open-concept living space is light, bright, and welcoming, with large windows that bring in plenty of natural sunshine. Travertine flooring runs throughout the main living area, centered around a unique see-through fireplace that can be enjoyed from both the dining area and the comfortably furnished living room.
The kitchen is a true highlight, designed for both entertaining and everyday use. It features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, maple cabinetry, and excellent lighting. Gather around the island with bar seating for drinks and appetizers, or prepare meals with ease using the fully stocked selection of small appliances, cookware, and utensils. Additional features include an Insta-Hot water dispenser, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with adjustable burner sizes, and a warming drawer beneath the oven. The adjacent dining area seats six at a stylish table with leather chairs.
After dinner, relax in the living room with Blu-Ray movies, a flat-screen TV, and a Bose surround sound system. The home also offers Wi-Fi and Roku for streaming and staying connected.
Upstairs, you’ll find two primary suites.
The main primary bedroom features a maple platform king bed, a cozy sectional sofa, and a 46-inch flat-screen TV with 5.1 surround sound — perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures.
The second primary suite includes a 37-inch wall-mounted TV, two swivel reading chairs, and a desk, making it a great option for guests who need a quiet workspace.

Great condo for a great price in a location that is hard to beat in Sunriver! Pleasantly surprised to have both access to the SHARC and the condo pool as well as a hot tub. Right on the golf course as well! Two primary suites and an extra bedroom downstairs works perfect for our crew. Village properties was also super responsive to all our needs which was greatly appreciated and will for sure bring us back next year! Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed this property. Clean, well decorated, great floor plan with space for all and a great location. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck reading and relaxing between excursions.

Great location in Sunriver! Wonderful deck with golf course view, right off bike path. Four cruiser bikes in the garage for use of guests. Fabulous layout for entertaining. Two large master suites along with a third bedroom. Would definitely like to stay here again!

Overall OK. Don't park your car in the driveway unless you want it to get sprayed every night by the sprinklers. 2 people can't shower at the same time because you will run out of hot water.
