This reverse living home is tucked away in the quiet south end of Sunriver. Just a 5 minute walk to the Sunriver Village Mall, it is convenient to shops and restaurants.

8 SHARC PASSES--UNLIMITED USE! If you're not familiar with Sunriver, the SHARC is a fabulous complex of pools and slides, both indoor and outdoor, designed for the pleasure of all ages. Without these passes it costs $25/person for entry during the summer. These passes give you access to the SHARC with no additional fees on your part. You also have access to the tubing hill and tennis and pickleball courts with these passes.

Paul’s property is amazing! Home away from home! He is very receptive and easy to communicate with! By far - the greatest host we have come across! And the house is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our family! The kids absolutely loved the comfy bunk beds and the PlayStation setup! The rest of the house is really cozy and spacious and the kitchen is greatly equipped with everything you could need. We can’t wait to go back again! Thank you for everything Paul!

Great stay. It was clean and waking distance to most anything. Sharc passes were great. Only issue was the stove wasn’t usable during our stay, it was being repaired after we left. Great communication with the owner. Would rent again.

Loved the bikes. They were all in good working order and we really enjoyed riding along the Deschutes River at dusk. Beautiful! Beds were comfy and it stayed nice and cool downstairs even though it was 100 degrees when we were there. Upstairs, not so much. Thankful for the fans.
Did not like all the huge chunks of peeling paint on the deck, especially with a toddler, or the slow drains in kitchen, shower, and bathroom sink. Carpet needs to be cleaned in living room area and better vacuumed.
