Anglewoods is the perfect choice for your baseball tournament vacation home-away-from-home.
Central air conditioning will keep you cool and comfortable in this well-appointed home. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a triple basin sink and stainless steel appliances. There are ceramic tile floors in main areas of first floor. Bedroom #1 has ceramic tile floors, bedroom #2 & 3 have hardwood flooring. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are both carpeted.
The walls and ceilings are finished with V-groove pine boards. One of the baths on the first floor is handicapped accessible, and another bath features heated flooring and a "his & hers" shower with dual shower heads. The third bathroom on the first floor features a jetted shower with sound system. There are 3 bedrooms located on the first floor; one with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed, and one with a full size bed. On the second floor, there is a fourth bedroom with a king size bed and a fifth "railroad style" bedroom with two twin beds. There are 1.5 baths located on the second floor.
This picturesque home features a deck off the main floor and a second floor balcony, which both overlook the water. The outdoor fire pit is a lovely location for relaxation and conversation at the end of a busy day. There is a private dock for swimming and fishing, and we even provide two single kayaks and personal flotation devices (PFD's) for your enjoyment and safety. There is a game room in the basement, complete with a foosball table and a flat screen smart Roku TV.
This house is completely set up for the comfort of our guests. I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in.
This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. Please observe quiet hours after 10 pm. No parties or gatherings of any kind are allowed on the premises.
There are taxi companies in the area and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are pretty scarce. Having a car is best to fully enjoy the area.

- No smoking
- No animals of any kind
- No team parties or large gatherings
- Building security rules require a signed Renter Agreement, and the completion of our guest registration by all guests.
- A security/damage deposit hold will placed on your credit card in the amount of $500. In lieu of a credit card hold, you may pay cash at check-in.

Our only regret was that we didn't have more time to spend at Anglewoods! The house was perfect and everything worked great. We did get to enjoy the firepit in the evenings and roasted plenty marshmallows....The beds were extrremely comfortable and everything else was as advertised. The location was perfect for either Dreams park of All Star Village. We played at ASV and the drive was and easy 15 minutes.

This house was amazing!! Great view, all of the rooms we needed and everything for kitchen and dock life. Very quiet and peaceful. Our son played at All Star Village, we were 10-15 min away. Cooperstown was also very close. Just all around great location. Be aware that the shower upstairs is very small and stairs were steep. Not for the elderly. We bbq'd, kayaked, fished. We really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this place. All tv's were Roku and if you wanted to watch something you had to use your login information. Had to make sure and log out before we left. There were no "regular" tv channels. Whoever stayed there prior didn't log out of Netflix so we logged them out. Thank you to the owner for providing such a wonderful home for us to stay in. Our family had a wonderful time.
