Looking for a property to share with friends? Enjoy this beautiful five bedroom three full bath home with brand new, large, gourmet kitchen with island seating. Large enclosed wrap around porch is perfect for a relaxing glass of wine after a day at the baseball field or touring beautiful upstate NY. Also downstairs are a large dining room, comfortable living room with cable television, and library with a pull out couch and two sets of French doors allowing an additional private sleeping space. A full bath with separate shower and claw foot tub and a washer and dryer completes the tour. Upstairs features four large bedrooms, two with queen beds (one with attached bath), one with two sets of twin bunk beds, and one with a day bed and trundle. A second upstairs full bath with a 60" walk in shower allows plenty of bathroom space for larger groups. Aero beds can be made available for additional guests.
Home is conveniently located and is an easy walk to restaurants, bars and even the Saturday morning Farmer's Market.

Great location. We walked to town and the colleges. House is as charming as the pictures. Kitchen very well equipped , we had dinner for 12 at the dining room table.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful home! We were in town for baseball and it was just a short, easy drive to Allstar village - which turned out to be key for multiple trips a day. The house is a block away from Main St. in Oneonta which was super nice to walk to coffee, breakfast and dinners. Great restaurants within walking distance! The farmers market and small grocery stores were also super close. The house is beautiful with si much charm. Jenny is a fantastic host and the host team truly thought of everything. We were pleasantly surprised to find bleacher seats, chairs, coolers and a wagon we put to great use throughout the week. Jenny was very communicative and accommodating, and so kind and helpful. This is perfect for families and we stayed with a couple other families - our boys stayed in the bunk room the night before checking into Allstar village. There was great space and we enjoyed the large dining table where we had multiple dinners with the families we shared the house with. My husband and the other families kept telling me what a great find this house was as it was just so comfortable, convenient and lovely. We had everything we needed! Thank you for a great stay! We have already shared with our future 12u families thinking of going next year!
