About this house rental
Perched above Goodyear Lake, Captain's Lookout has an awesome view of the lake from a series of decks overlooking the water, and there is room for grilling and dining on the top deck. Some of the features you will enjoy include a wet bar with quartz countertop in the main living area, heated floors in the bathrooms, laundry facilities on each level, and a summer kitchen on the lower level adjacent to the game room. There are 2 kayaks for guests to use at the waterfront.

This 2,125 square foot waterfront home is nestled into the hillside, with the main living area and two bedrooms on the top floor - street level. Both street level bedrooms have queen size beds and their own private bathrooms. There are three more bedrooms on the lower level, two with king size beds, and private full bathrooms, and one bedroom with two twin size beds. There is a fifth full bathroom with whirlpool tub off the hallway on the main floor. There are 7 smart Roku flat screen TVs - a 55" (or larger) in the living room and 43" (or larger) TVs in each bedroom and in the dining area, all connected to Wi-Fi, just bring your favorite streaming app.
A well manicured yard in front of the home is large enough for playing a game of catch. For your comfort and convenience, this vacation home also features central air-conditioning, high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi), and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator with automatic ice maker. A gas grill on the upper deck is available for your use.
I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in.
This home is located in a quiet lakefront community. Please respect the 15 MPH speed limit, quiet hours after 10 PM, and please, no team parties or large gatherings with anyone who is not a registered guest at the home.

This property was perfect for our Cooperstown Dreams Park stay. We stayed with two other families. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is ideal for multiple families staying together. The property was clean, air-conditioned, Wi-Fi enabled, and on the water. Towels and bedsheets were provided. We chose not to swim in the lake but did use the kayaks that the property offered. I would definitely look to stay at this property again when I come back to Cooperstown with my younger son in two years.

The house was great for families. Easy drive to All Star Village. Loved the fact the house had kayaks and tubes available to use for guests. Had two problems and they were addressed immediately by owner. Sent a text and he responded very quickly and fixed issue. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was a perfect fit for our group of 10. Enough space for everyone to spread out, but also come together and hang out. The property management was very responsive when we had a problem or question. Would definitely recommend this company and stay here again!

Everyone in our group had a great time here. We were here for Cooperstown Dream Park. It was so nice to spend time on the lake when we were not at the ball park. We fished and kayaked on the lake. The house was very large allowing us to spread out. The property is very well taken care of. Jerry's team makes sure that you have a good time and you can tell that this is a very well run business. We plan to stay here again in two years if my other grandson plays ball here.
