We needed a home for a week close to our own while we had some renovations done. We were pleased to find the Marvin House and had a wonderful stay. The home is on a few acres, and our dog was able to enjoy running through the back property during the day. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone needing a clean and cozy place in the south Charlotte area.

Our host was phenomenal - allowed us to have our family over and responded quickly to any questions we had. Definitely would rent this VRBO again!

Nice place. Clean. Few issues with towels smelling musty. The outside, especially the back porch, needs some love.
