Our local team is available to assist with issues or emergencies during your stay. After booking, you will receive timely trip communications, and the team is ready to help before, during, or after your visit.
Other Details to Note:
The private saltwater pool is open from May 1 through Labor Day and is not heated. Its depth ranges from 3.5 to 5.5 feet, and floaties are available for guest use. The hot tub is available year-round.
Pets are allowed. Exterior security cameras are on the property.
A $1,000 security deposit is placed as a card hold through Stripe; it is not an upfront charge. The hold is typically placed two days before check-in and released two days after checkout if no issues are reported. For damage or extra charges, the host may submit a claim within 48 hours after checkout; guests may message the host to discuss a charge.
A complimentary starter supply of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, garbage bags, and paper towels is provided to help start your stay. Please plan according to the length and purpose of your trip.
