We appreciated having 6 rooms and 3 bathrooms for our group. The house worked very well for us.

The host asked that if our review is less than 5 stars to message them directly instead of writing a review which explains why the only visible reviews are excellent. They also messaged me one hour before check in to say that the previous guests broke several things including removing curtain rods. Upon arrival, it was obvious that the house is just not well maintained and not the result of one night of reckless guests. We were traveling with 4 young children and chose this place because it was advertised as, and appeared, family friendly. However, there were several not child-friendly details.
Outside:
-no netting around the trampoline
-trampoline broken in multiple places
-many deep holes in the yard
-5 ft window wells not covered
-broken chairs
Inside:
-1 dining room broken and several not sturdy
-Keurig did not work
-Garbage disposal did not work, sink did not drain properly
-dishwasher did not work well
-not enough dish soap, toilet paper or paper towels
-not enough cups
-no child-friendly dishes
-multiple door nobs loose/falling off
-ice/water panel on the fridge kept falling off
-there was only 1 kitchen towel and not enough bathroom towels
-broken toilet seat
-toilet running continuously
-dangerously hot water/very touchy temperature
-heavy metal dart tips mixed in with the toys
The layout of the house was perfect for our family; it was really nice to have 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 downstairs and living spaces on both floors. The location was also great.
