* Parking: Parking is strictly limited to 6 vehicles on the property. Street parking is not permitted. Fine will be given if cars are found on the street.
**Additional parking is available 0.7 miles away at Walmart.
* Guests & Events: Nightly pricing covers up to 16 guests. Any additional day-guests will be charged $50 per person, per day.
***No weddings or large gatherings are permitted***
Amenities & Maintenance:
- The ice maker is unavailable for guest use due to previous damage to our home.
- Propane for the gas grill is not provided. Guests may bring their own or refill available tanks in town.
- For your convenience, we provide linens, blankets, and pillows for all beds. However, the top bunk beds are not pre-made. This service is available for a $100 fee with 48-hour notice.

* Security: For your security, a single camera is located above the garage, monitoring the exterior and driveway.

Our whole family stayed at the property-10 adults and 5 kids ranging from 1 - 8. There was more than enough room for all of us to spread out in the home. We loved the large common areas where we could all congregate and the dining room table was great for eating as a large group and playing games. The view in the back yard is stunning and the hot tub was so relaxing. We loved that the weather was conducive to spending time outside and we put the pickleball court to good use. We also enjoyed the pool table and kids’ area in the basement. Keely was very responsive and easy to communicate with. It’s a beautiful home in a fantastic location-close to Park City and Midway, and there’s an abundance of things for a family to do in the area. We’d definitely stay again!

We had such a fun girl’s weekend! The entire home was spacious and perfect for our group! We are so lucky to have found this hidden gem! The hosts were responsive, helpful, and welcoming!! We raved about it all weekend!

It was nice but very outdated. The pickleball court and indoor games were great. Lots of space for large groups. The pictures make it look like it's away from other houses but it's in a suburb. Tons of flies all over the outside and inside of the house which was strange.
