Perfect home in the charming Heber valley, near Park City, Sundance, and Midway. This perfect six bedroom, three full bath, with two king size beds, four queen size beds, and two full pullouts, will sleep 16. New carpet, updated interior. The cozy theater room with 55" TV with bluray player can seat 11, with six recliners, and other seating. Relaxing family room has 40" TV with bluray. WiFi is available.
Two car garage, with extra off street parking. Washer and dryer available. This house is stocked with DVD/Bluray movies, a table tennis table, a foosball game, books, board games, bicycles (3 mountain, 1 road), and digital piano. Relax on the backyard patio, with private backyard.

Heber City is located in a beautiful mountain valley just a short drive from the Wasatch Front. The area offers outstanding year-round outdoor recreation including golf, fly fishing, boating and watersports, plus skiing and other winter sports. The home is big and accommodated our group. It was in a great location in Heber. It was spot clean, but not cleaned. Thoroughly was a little disappointed in the lack of cleanliness.

Our family met in Heber City to celebrate Christmas because a grandchild was pending and her parents would be unable to travel for the holiday. This home fit our needs perfectly! Everyone who was able to come had ample room and privacy - especially for the baby & toddler. An added blessing to this Grandma was that the owners had thoughtfully decorated the home with lots of lights & Christmas trees!

We had a fun stay with our family in Heber City. The house had 6 nice bedrooms, and fit our family well. There are several minor things that need some attention, but the place was clean, and easy to get to.
