Located in a sought-after neighborhood with little traffic during the day and almost non-existent noise at night, making it one of the more coveted downtown respites.
This beautiful Casita was just built for your comfort with no details missed. It includes AC, a separate bedroom with 2 built-in closets, a washer and dryer, and a stunning kitchen and living room where you can cook your favorite meal, or relax with a glass of wine by the fireplace.
Just blocks from State Street, you don't even need a car. Alice Keck Park Memorial Gardens and Alameda Park are also close-by gems where you can take in the views, have a picnic, or relax under the gorgeous Magnolia trees.

The stacking slider doors off the kitchen open up to your private patio where you can enjoy the sea breeze, morning coffee, or your favorite evening beverage. What a fantastic property, even nicer than the pictures. Stayed for two months and it couldn’t have been nicer. Layout of property very well thought out, with every amenity required. Host checked in a few times during my stay, but I had zero questions.

The casita behind the main house is lovely! Very private and beautifully decorated with everything you need for an amazing stay. The location is just a few blocks off State Street so everything is walkable to the restaurants, shops and stores. There is also a little grocery store only 1 block away if you need to pick up some drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful cottage. We felt so at home. Loved the little extras in the kitchen and the layout of the cottage. It's a beautiful space. We loved walking to town for coffee and dinner. Took about 15 minutes to get to our fav restaurant Bouchon.

We had a wonderful time in this home. It was perfectly decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The location allowed us to easily walk to downtown and it was easy to get to the beach. It was very private and we felt right at home. I would definitely return for another visit.
