This property was very well equipped with anything you could possibly need. We stayed for a month and found the location to be fantastic....restaurants and shopping all within walking distance and about 1 1/4 mile from the beach. The owner of the property is easy to communicate with and very generous as she left a bottle of wine, some snacks snd ground coffee for us. The only issue we had was that we were not aware that there were steps in the condo as the photos did not show it and there was no mention in the description. If you do not mind stairs, this is an excellent choice.

Our month stay at this condo in Santa Barbara was great. The owners met us on arrival to explain where to park and everything else we needed to know. The condo was spotless and it had everything in it that you would want for a month. The location was perfect as it was walking distance to shops, marketing, restaurants, Starbucks, etc.
We loved it.
