Full of natural light and luxurious details, City Terrace is an ideal place to find your home away from home. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is tucked away just off of the iconic State Street and is very accessible to all that Santa Barbara has to offer. It boasts a walking score of 82 and a bike score of 72.
City Terrace is where outdoor and indoor living seamlessly come together to create an oasis of relaxation and serenity. Cook a meal on the BBQ outside as you listen to the relaxing sound of the small fountain on the patio. Bask in the Santa Barbara sunshine on the plush outdoor seating (not pictured) or enjoy a meal al fresco at the bistro table.
The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need- from daily necessities to thoughtful additions, such as an espresso machine. Eat at the bar or enjoy a meal on either the indoor or outdoor dining tables. Curl up on the living room couch with a good book or to binge-watch your favorite new show. Ideal for those who work remote or just want a little extra space to work, there is a large built-in desk and shelving unit off of the living room. After work, enjoy a relaxing soak in the large tub in the remodeled bathroom. As is typical with many Santa Barbara homes, this property does not have AC. Open windows and the use of fans allow ocean breezes in to keep the house cool during hot summer months.

Mike, Lucky ( our sweet Malti-poo) and I enjoyed living in this most charming cottage. The accommodations were ideal for us. The rooms were spacious, clean, inviting, the patio is delightful with a beautiful fountain, and the neighbors were absolutely wonderful and welcoming. Most of all, the management could not have been more helpful and responsive to anything we needed or requested. We are in high praise of the VRBO SB staff, "K," Marci, Lydia-et al. They are all wonderful.

The property is in a great location and easy to get to the restaurants, farmers market, Mission, and short drive to the beaches. Great neighborhood overall... walkable and beautiful location.
