About this house rental
Indulge yourself and enjoy the luxury of our spacious home. Whether you wish to relax on the private back deck or cook up a storm in the fully equipped chef kitchen, you will love making yourself at home during your stay.
With restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and public transport literally at the end of the street, your stay could not be more convenient. Centrally located to the City Centre, South Bank, PA Hospital, The Gabba Stadium visiting Brisbane couldn’t be easier.
My house is a luxurious 3 bedroom plus office renovated Queenslander. Garage parking is available for 2 cars (plus 1 additional car park on the driveway). We also have 2 visitor car park permits for street parking. The property has a brand new ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom, large modern kitchen and the main bathroom has double vanity sinks. Each bedroom and living area has airconditioning/heating. The jewel of the house is the back deck which seamlessly flows from the kitchen / dining area and overlooks our private yard.
Our guests have exclusive use of the house upstairs. The laundry is shared with my son, Mason (who lives in a separate apartment downstairs).
Other things to note
Our home caters up to 8 people with 2 x Queen Size Beds, 2 x Single Size Beds and 2 x Single Floor Mattresses.

This place has everything. And unlike a lot of house/apartment rentals that “have” pots and pans, the pots and pans here are clean, in good condition, and don’t look like biohazards! (For someone who loves to cook and save money, that’s a huge plus). The proximity to Coco’s and Woolies is phenomenal - almost would take longer to drive than walk there. The only downside here is the proximity to the hospital, because it can get a bit noisy at times, but we had no trouble sleeping through the random helicopter coming in, and it’s nothing that light earplugs couldn’t remedy if you’re a super light sleeper😉. Having the garage access is fantastic too - never had to worry about finding street parking. The host is super responsive and conscientious so you’re in good hands🙂 Overall a fantastic stay for our family and highly recommend.

The house was stunning inside. We loved the bright, open spaces and the peaceful atmosphere throughout. Every corner looked amazing. It was such a joy to stay somewhere so comfortable and visually gorgeous. We were so impressed and highly recommended this property.
