About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this lower level duplex with lots of room for fun. Just blocks from Atwater Park and beach. University Of Wisconsin Milwaukee is a 2 min drive or .7 mile walk. Walk to restaurants, bars, cafes, nail and hair salons, parks and shopping. Three bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living room. Child/Infant friendly with standard crib and high chair available. Pets welcome. One parking space available onsite next to the garage off the alley. Quiet neighborhood for a walk or run. Ideal for extended stay. Separate Guest washer and dryer.
As you enter the home into the living area there is space to land with coats and belongings. You then enter the living room and front sitting room where there is a smart TV and multiple sitting areas.
Next to the living room is the dining room with a table that seats 6, glass built ins with wine glasses and other barware. There are books, puzzles, and games for all ages on the shelves.
There is a full kitchen with a large gas stove and oven, full sized refrigerator with ice and water in the door, a microwave over the stove, and a Bosch dishwasher. In the cabinets you will find a variety of small appliances, bakeware, pots and pans. There is tableware, glassware and silverware, including plastic for young children.
Three bedrooms sleep six and a standard crib or toddler bed is available on request. There is a King bed and two double beds. Bedroom 3 has a fold out couch in addition to a double bed.
The bathroom has a tub with shower, a hairdryer, all the basic amenities and plenty of towels for everyone.
There is a separate full sized washer and dryer on property for guest use.
The backyard has outdoor furniture to relax, a table with an umbrella and 4 chairs, and a charcoal grill.

I truly cannot say enough good about Laurie as a host and human. The location is everything I dreamed of on tree lined streets and near the Jazz Estate on the East side. We found all of the beds and blankets super cozy and the shower was excellent. Each room is thoughtfully laid out, spacious and exceptionally clean. The kitchen has every thing you can dream of for meal making. Laurie was thoughtful, welcoming and helpful when we had any confusion. Quality all the way around. We adored our stay here and so did the fur baby. A GEM! Thank you for providing such quality Laurie!

Laurie was an excellent host and had the house stocked with everything we could need, including sound machines and a crib for our baby. The location is very walkable with a nice little café at the corner. We’d definitely stay again if we visit Shorewood again.

Everything went really well with the stay, the host was extremely accommodating. Our only issue was with parking--it's street parking and with littles, it could be difficult on a weekend.
