About this house rental
As a guest, you will have access to the upper unit of our beautiful two-family home. This spot is ½ mile walk to the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, or a 2-minute drive. Gorgeous tree-lined street in an upscale neighborhood. Within walking distance of numerous restaurants, churches, parks, shopping and amenities.
This welcoming top-level space has updated appliances, modern kitchen cabinets, and all the kitchen/bathroom essentials needed to make your stay memorable.
The large kitchen opens and overlooks the spacious dining and living room spaces.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and walk-in closet
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a small room attached that can act as a 3rd bedroom with the blue futon pulling out flat - a perfect size for smaller travelers :)
Make sure to enjoy the serenity of a peaceful neighborhood on the upper-level patio, weather permitting!

- We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
- Must 25+ to book
- No parties/smoking in the home ($500 fine) If house rules are broken, guest forfeits their right to leave a review.
- NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night).
- $500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
- If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
- We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
- Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
- Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you!

The second floor flat is clean, tastefully decorated and arranged, well supplied with linens, kitchen supplies, etc.– – all the items a renter hopes to find. The tags that note the contents of each drawer/cabinet are a plus.
Your description and pictures of the flat are on target. I don’t recall if there’s a photo of the small area that’s described as possible bedroom for some renters. It would not have worked as that for us; however, I was comfortable sleeping in the living room. The headline description as a 3-bedroom flat is misleading. That is all that prevents our making an 5-star-plus evaluation. Overall, we adapted happily. Thank you for these accommodations!
