Located in the heart of Shorewood, you'll be just minutes away from Lake Michigan, local shops, restaurants, and parks.

- Full-sized pullout sofa bed in the living room
- Dining room with seating for 6
- Full kitchen with updated appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven w/ stovetop), cooking basics, dinnerware, basic spices
- Full bathroom 1 with tub and shower, extra toiletries, hair dryer, hand and bath towels
- Bedroom 1 with queen-sized bed and closet
- Bedroom 2 with queen-sized bed and closet
Second Story:
- Lounge space with Smart TV and extra seating
- Full bathroom 2 with shower, extra toiletries, hair dryer, shampoo, and fresh towels

- We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
- Must 21+ to book
- No parties/smoking in the home ($500 fine) If house rules are broken, guest forfeits their right to leave a review. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night).
- $500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
- If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
-Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
-We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
-Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules.

House works great for keeping the kids busy and having adult space at the same time. Had everything for cooking meals. It was nice to have the sleeping space so there was not any fighting between kids

Just stayed 5 nights at this property and was very happy with everything. House was clean, as-advertised, great host and more. Highly recommend it you need a place that will hold a lot of people.

We had a larger group, including two ants and daughters with young children. Multiple bedrooms on each floor was fabulous along with a small sitting area on each floor. Although an older building, the property was very clean and very well done. We thoroughly enjoyed it and we will be planning to come back again next year.
