Villa Fresa is a beautiful 2-bedroom rustic and Mediterranean-style villa, perfect for enjoying all the comforts with the family. Located in the Monte Verde Villa Complex with a common area for children with swings and slides.
The villa is distributed on a single floor which is accessed by a beautiful covered terrace. With American kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The exterior has a private pool with Roman stairs to better access, barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers to sunbathe and enjoy your stay.
With air conditioning and wifi.
It is located in the Tosalet area, close to large supermarkets and about 5 minutes by car from the well-known sandy beach El Arenal, with a wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars.
Playa del Arenal, located in the center of the bay of Xàbia, is the main tourist center and, without a doubt, the best known and most frequented by bathers, due to its fine sand and shallow waters.
Xàbia even today preserves its peculiar medieval layout, a network of narrow streets dotted with white facades, arched portals, Gothic windows and wrought iron lattices, all topped off by the characteristic “rough stone” of the area.

The flexibility and when we needed something, immediately somebody came to help us!
The mattresses and some kitchenware was old and broken like the steel of a frying pand and the handle of the bread knife. So an extra check would be good.

La piscina, la horientacion de la casa, la terraza...la tranquilidad de la zona..
El baño tenía un olor horrible , no se podía cerrar la ventana
