Villa Kiwi is a beautiful 2-bedroom rustic and Mediterranean-style villa, perfect for enjoying all the comforts with the family. Located in the Monte Verde Villa Complex with a common area for children with swings and slides.
The villa is distributed on a single floor which is accessed by a beautiful covered terrace. With American kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The exterior has a private pool with Roman stairs to better access, barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers to sunbathe and enjoy your stay.
With air conditioning and wifi.
It is located in the Tosalet area, close to large supermarkets and about 5 minutes by car from the well-known sandy beach El Arenal, with a wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars.
Playa del Arenal, located in the center of the bay of Xàbia, is the main tourist center and, without a doubt, the best known and most frequented by bathers, due to its fine sand and shallow waters.
Xàbia even today preserves its peculiar medieval layout, a network of narrow streets dotted with white facades, arched portals, Gothic windows and wrought iron lattices, all topped off by the characteristic “rough stone” of the area.

Me ha encantado la piscina
La villa esta muy bien pero me ha faltado una mejor iluminación en al zona de piscina, porche y jardin.

La casa estaba muy limpia, tiene lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Lo mejor sin duda la piscina. Está casa no tiene ni ping-pong ni billar.
El jardín en general está muy descuidado , la falta un poco de hierba , es todo tierra

l'emplacement de la villa, les commodités a proximité, la mer très proche, le climat, la gentillesse des gens.
le terrain de la villa. Certain ont de la fausse pelouse mais pas la villa kiwi 311. Avoir aussi un billard comme les autres villas.
