Villa Banana is a beautiful 3-bedroom rustic and Mediterranean-style villa, perfect for enjoying all the comforts with the family. Located in the Monte Verde Villa Complex with a common area for children with swings and slides.
The villa is distributed on a single floor, accessed by a short flight of stairs and leading to a beautiful covered terrace. With American kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry room.
The exterior has a private pool with Roman stairs to better access, barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers to sunbathe and enjoy your stay.

Xàbia even today preserves its peculiar medieval layout, a network of narrow streets dotted with white facades, arched portals, Gothic windows and wrought iron lattices, all topped off by the characteristic “rough stone” of the area.
