About this apartment rental
Apartment for 4 persons of 93 square meters (1001 sq. ft.) with a balcony of 11 square meters (118 sq. ft.). It is located on the ground floor of the residence and consists of: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a big balcony over viewing the sea and Mt. Etna. It is provided with washing machine, satellite TV, safe, telephone, Wi-Fi, air conditioning , heating, ironing equipment, hairdryer, coffee maker and toaster.
This apartment and the other 5 apartments of the Residence Schuler which located on a small hill in a residential area in Taormina, only 4 minutes walking distance from central Corso Umberto (pedestrian area of Taormina), and 3 minutes only from the supermarket and the nearest restaurants.
Baby coat and baby chair are available on request.
Taxi service also available on request from or to Catania airport with a Minivan for maximum 5 persons at the price of 120.00 Euro.
Parking Information:
Inside of the Residence we have a small parking area for 2 cars and on request a space can be reserved at the price of 10 Euro a day, otherwise is possible to park in the 24/7 municipal multi-storey car park of Porta Catania which is located just before the entrance of Taormina and at a 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Due the narrow roads of Taormina and our own small parking area, for clients arriving with big cars we suggest this last solution.
I live in one apartment of the Residence, I will be here on your arrival and during your stay I will be always available for information’s and any kind of assistance

The villa was wonderful! Spacious. Beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean and Mt Etna! You come in on ground floor and out back you are up high overlooking the town. Claudio was great. We got lost finding the place and he came to us on his vespa and directed us to the place. He was available for any questions or help.

Good size, excellent views, nearby grocery and restaurants and access to Via Umberto and the rest of Taormina. Would recommend this to snyone

Unfortunately the weather was well and truly against us then Mount Etna erupted and the airport closed we had tried to move our departure forward mainly because of the weather but we did find the apartment rather dated.. it was spotlessly clean the linen on the bed absolutely fine the towels were definitely past their sell by date…. the toaster was interesting but it did work. We had just come from a beautiful apartment in Noto so the simplicity and brown furniture, old-fashioned lighting and lack of mirrors in the bedroom was a difficult comparison. I have to add the price for five nights was virtually the same.
