MINERVA LUXURY TOWN CENTER , POOL AND PARKING

It’s in the perfect location; quiet neighbourhood but only a five minute walk to the strip. The apartment is modern, clean and Mariateresa, who checked us in, was so helpful, even calling taxi companies for us when our flight got diverted to Palermo. We didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely

Good location

Would have preferred ocean facing apartment

De locatie is top ! Het contact met de eigenaresse is ook echt super, ze reageert heel snel en vriendelijk, heel fijn !

Het balkon en waar je dan op uitkijkt viel een klein beetje tegen,

The host (person who handover the keys) was friendly and responsive. She answered our questions quickly and communicated clearly throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.

There were two major issues that affected our experience. The first was the poor sound insulation. Every morning we were woken up by noise from the neighbors — even normal conversation from the next apartment was clearly audible. One evening, we were simply chatting in the living room (without any music or loud noise), and the neighbor actually signaled to us from their balcony to be quiet. That was quite surprising and made us feel uncomfortable. The second issue was the bathroom. The water pressure was very low, and the hot water came from a storage heater. Since we were a group of four, we constantly worried that the last person might not have enough hot water for a shower. This added unnecessary stress to our stay. Overall, I will not recommend this place to my friends.
