About this house rental
This lovely home is located on a large wooded lot at the end of a cul de sac in Sedona. It is private with breathtaking views in all directions. New pickle ball courts are free, and 3 min. from the house!!!! If you book 30 days or more you can save the hotel tax. The home features vaulted ceiling, sky lights, open floor plan, fireplaces in the master bedroom and living room, granite counter tops,, kitchen island , beautiful walnut floors throughout, and elegant spacious bathrooms. The master bath has a Jacuzzi slipper tub , two vanities, separate toilet room, and a large walk in steam shower. The deck runs the length of the home with access from full glass doors from the master bedroom, living room , and kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and a gas grill on the deck with pizza stone. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, and ironing station. You have access to WI FI, SMART TV, DVR player, Stereo, Blue ray disc player. Enjoy the spectacular sun sets every evening while listening to the fountain on the spacious, private deck. You have all access to the amenities of this custom built home inside and out!! Being is West Sedona will allow you to experience the peace, beauty and tranquility of Sedona. From the home you can walk to hiking trails. You are a 3 min. drive down the mountain to grocery stores and great restaurants on 89A which will take you any where in Sedona! This was a 5 Star experience. The home was beautiful and well stocked. Anything you could possibly need was provided. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Could not have asked for a more perfect place. Immaculate, spacious, well equipped , super convenient location, quiet, and beautiful view of red rock mountains. Trail Heads super close . Host was extremely responsive. Definitely love to come back if available.

We spent two months at this wonderful home and I cannot say enough positive things about it.It is absolutely super in EVERY way- the home really is nicer than the photos and better than you can imagine. If you are thinking about booking it, wait no longer. You will so very pleased you did.The views are wonderful. The house is well designed, open, clean, and has everything you need to live comfortably, including a good washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The bed and living room furniture are comfortable and the outdoor deck furniture is both comfortable and inviting. We spend a lot of time on the deck - enjoying cooking out and taking in the views. The owner Lynn is responsive and makes everything easy for you.We have rented many homes in Sedona (typically West Sedona) over the last 15 years. This is our favorite and we have every intention of returning. It was hard to leave.
