For anyone who wants a wonderful place to stay in Sedona, 25 Finke Dr. was a beautiful house! Very reasonably priced, close to downtown Sedona, and the property manager was super the whole experience was 5 stars!

There are 23 steps up to the house. Also, there are two steps from the dining table to the kitchen and one step from the foyer to the living room. The hot tub was not usable as there was brown water at the bottom and it didn’t smell very clean. Lastly, the second bedroom had little storage space and the second bathroom had a hand held shower head attached to a tub (not usable as a shower for adults). All four adults shared the shower in the first bathroom.The location was perfect and the deck was really enjoyable. The kitchen and living room were very enjoyable.

This place is so amazing! I would recommend it to anyone I know. Spectacular views with all the amenities anyone would need. 10 out of 10!

The place was nice and well decorated, however it was a little lacking in cleanliness. We found mouse droppings in one of the unused kitchen cupboards which was a little unsanitary. A lot of the more hidden places like under of the beds and furniture was so dirty I didn’t want to even reach under there after I dropped something and it rolled under. The property manager also entered the house without contacting us first during our stay. We were not there at the time but all of our things were and the explanation that I received was that it was to remove a broken door from the laundry room. It seemed like something that could have been done before or after our stay and certainly no emergency. I didn’t appreciate that they did not get a hold of me first to coordinate a good time.
