I liked the location, the pool facilities, the cleanless maintained, the amability of staff, the parking

The room was at second floor, with sea view but had the roof as a mansard and was not comfortable and we can feel all the heat. We had AC but was not so well positioned so we couldnt use it too long during the night. The bed was 140 with 200 which was rather small for us, as adults and the pillows and maitress were very hard and we can not sleep and rest so well. The door to the balcony was not opening so easy and in the bathroom was a very noisy ventilator. The furniture was old and not so well equipped. The water from the kitchen sink was only cold.

All was perfect

We stayed in an apartment with sea view and also at the mountain. The apartment is very big, the balcony is generous and has exits from both of the rooms. Every day they changed the towels and picked the garbage. Every two days they changed the sheets and cleaned the apartment. We also used the pool and the water was clean and they also had a kid pool. The host Nikos is very friendly and helpful. During our stay we lost our key twice and he was very understanding and helpful. Once he came at 11.00 pm to give us a new key, he was smiling and friendly not upset. We totally recomend Studios Maria and Nikos 😊

Clean, big room with lovely balcony. Value for money. Very friendly staff always ready to assist and answer questions. Right in in the heart of Potos, a few streets down, enough so that it won't be noisy from the busy streets. I was very satisfied with my booking choice!

My family and I stayed at studio maria for a week. The staff were amazing, friendly and super helpful with everything!! The rooms were extremely clean!! The beach is five minutes walking distance. Plus, they offer easy and free parking. Studio Maria exceeded our expectations! Definitely, we will be back and we would highly recommend this hotel!!

Very clean, the owners are very nice people and understand english very well, located just 50 meters away from the beach. Great overall experience I would definitely recommend it.

Not really owner's fault but the church from across rings the bell especially in Sunday mornings.

Everything was wonderful. The hosts were very kind and hospitable. The rooms were cleaned every day. Big thanks to the ladies who took care of the hygiene and to Mr. Nikos for providing us with a lovely holiday

It was calm, relaxing and very clean. The host wes very friendly, speaking Bulgarian and gave us a room for three because we were with young child but paid for a room for two people.

Everything was great: it was very clean, close to the beach, silence, the owner was so nice and polite. We felt like home.

The stuff and the owners. They immediately take care of everything we need. Perfect location. Room actually was better than the photos. Having a private park was great benefit for Potos city centre
