Our location and accommodations have the best of what Orlando has to offer at a great price. - 9 minutes to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (directly down Universal Blvd, no turns!)
- 3 minutes drive or 20 minute walk to Epic Universe!

This luxurious, modern and renovated condominium, boasting over 1,300 square feet, is tastefully decorated, and fully furnished with everything you need to call this your home away from home, for families and conventioneers alike!

*Bag Drop Service, located at the Club House. Showers and changing rooms are available. Arriving early or departing late? Feel free to use this service for your convenience. This amenity is also exclusively provided by us here at Vista Cay Resort Direct by Millenium Management.
*Parking up to 6 cars during your stay. Electric Vehicle EV Charging Stations Available on property for a low fee via ChargePoint and another Service.
*Unlimited Access to all of the Resort’s Amenities including: Large Resort Pools (2 Pools, Heated during the winter months), Hot Tubs (2), Full Pool Bar, Fitness Center, 1.5 mile Jogging Trail Around the Lake, Conference Room Available on First Come First Serve Basis, Arcade Room, Playground, Kiddie Pool, Showers and Changing Rooms, Basketball Court, and Picnic Areas with BBQ Grills.

Pet Policy:
Vista Cay Community HOA allows dogs under 35 lbs only.
2 dogs maximum allowed per unit.
(No other types of pets are allowed to stay at Vista Cay)
$99 per pet, per stay
This fee goes to the cleaning company to perform the deep cleaning required for the health and safety of future guests.
Any potential, incidental damage caused by said pet(s) will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file.
There is no fee for service animals.
A pet fee is still required for all ESA dogs.
If an unauthorized pet is discovered, a $250 charge will be added to the guest's credit card on file for pet-friendly units or potential immediate cancelation of the reservation and no refund for non-pet-friendly units.
HIGH CHAIR AND PACK AND PLAY RENTAL:
High Chairs and Pack and Plays are available upon request.
The rental price for each is $10 a day + tax.
This charge goes towards the purchase, delivery, upkeep, and sanitization of the items :)

Great location with a grocery store within walking distance and access to all major attractions and freeways. Host was very communicative, and even we had some minor water/plumbing issues, they were quickly addressed. Beds were comfy and area was very quiet for being right near a major theme park.

stayed here for 6 nights at the recommendations of other parents from our team. We were here for the National volleyball tournament in June. Overall for the cost of our room I have to say I was less than impressed with the overall room and amenities compared to other places ive stayed.Room was spacious and overall clean but run down, floor was falling apart in multiple areas, all faucets dripped, I had to take apart the shower doors and re assemble them so they would open, toilet seat was broken and would slide off the toilet when using it and I couldnt for the life of me figure out how to get the cable to work (probably user error on that one) Walls and floors are very thin, could hear literally everything happening around and above me to the point where we had to make 1 am calls to the front desk to have them ask people to quiet down... as far as the Amenities, the pools are nice but there is very little selection for food and the drinks are 16 or more. Fitness room was pretty Blah... unless you want to walk on a treadmill or lift a few weights there isnt much else in there... other than that there isn't much else on the property. I would say if you are looking to stay for a while and be in a more residential setting where you are responsible for all your supplies, toiletries, and cleaning then this is better for you... its not a resort, its basically a condo. Ive stayed at many other area resorts and what you get for what you pay is a much better value elsewhere.
