Pet Policy:
Vista Cay Community HOA allows dogs under 35 lbs only.
2 dogs maximum allowed per unit.

$99 per pet, per stay
This fee goes to the cleaning company to perform the deep cleaning required for the health and safety of future guests.
Any potential, incidental damage caused by said pet(s) will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file.
There is no fee for service animals.
A pet fee is still required for all ESA dogs.
If an unauthorized pet is discovered, a $250 charge will be added to the guest's credit card on file for pet-friendly units or potential immediate cancelation of the reservation and no refund for non-pet-friendly units.
HIGH CHAIR AND PACK AND PLAY RENTAL:
High Chairs and Pack and Plays are available upon request.
The rental price for each is $10 a day + tax.
This charge goes towards the purchase, delivery, upkeep, and sanitization of the items :)

It was visually clean however don’t dare go barefoot or walk in socks…. Otherwise your feet will be black. I don’t think the condo has ever been mopped! Dishwasher wasn’t that great… did most dishes by hand.

Our stay was wonderful! The only thing we did not like is that the floors were dirty. Every night after walking barefoot in the vrbo, our feet were black. Also wish the other pool would of been complete, the pool area was very busy!

This was our 3rd trip to Vista Cay, 1st time at the Reserve. Was expecting a heightened experience, but was underwhelmed. Aside from condos being slightly more moderns and closer to Lake Cay Commons, I preferred staying at the main condos. The reserve felt isolated (far from clubhouse/main pool, playground), awkward when coming up of the property directly into local traffic and entertainment system was really poor (tv had so few channels, nothing for kids and the supplied Amazon fire stick didn’t work)
