Lakeside Luxury at Vista Cay Resort

This property was great. The beds were good and the kitchen had what we needed. We spent all day at Universal everyday and it was conveniently located. Due to spending all day at Universal, we didn't use the amenities but they appeared to be great. There were a could of minor issues that we made the owner aware of and received a response within minutes.The cleanliness met our expectations except there were a couple dishes/cups that didn't look like they were cleaned before we arrived but we just cleaned them ourselves.

The place was clean I would have given the place a higher rating if a few things had been done better like the beds are not very comfortable the pillows are not very good spend a little more money on the toilet paper it would be nice if it was not so thin that you could see though it one of the bedrooms was so small you could not use the closet the pictures on the website makes the bedrooms look bigger than they are

Beautifully decorated & modern unit. Beds were very comfortable. Pools & kids splash area were super, jacuzzi heat wasn't working though. A few initial issues at the start, but mostly resolved quickly. Water didn't work on fridge, so we bought a Brita pitcher. TVs were updated to smart TVs during stay so we could stream our favs. Yay! Overall, a beautiful unit in a superb location.

Our first unit was exceptionally unclean and unsanitary. However Steve (the unit manager), came to view the mold in the bathrooms and blood on the sheets. He was extremely apologetic and responsive. He immediately moved us to a better unit which was clean and sanitary as expected. Steve was very accommodating.
