About this villa rental
Completely renovated three years ago, this villa with its high quality furnishings and high-end style guarantees a wonderful and relaxing vacation.
It is a two-storey property and also has two separate living units, each with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and an equally spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Both living rooms have hot/cold air conditioning, as do most of the bedrooms. Each floor has an en-suite bathroom with the master bedroom.
From most of the rooms and terraces there are beautiful views of the sea, the town of Calpe and especially the Peñon de Ifach, the symbol of the Costa Blanca.
The Mediterranean garden is well maintained and has many palm trees as well as fruit trees such as lemons, apples and medlars. The typical fruit of this area. In front of the house there is a terrace with the pool, which is of course an important element of the vacation. There is also a barbecue for barbecue evenings. The driveway offers space for many cars.
All in all, a beautiful property in perfect condition, especially suitable for one or more families with children.
