When the owners of this home purchased it from the developer, they specifically chose the Luxury package, which included higher quality finishes.

*You must inform us at least three days prior to your reservation if you would like a super king size bed in Bedroom 2, and or 2 single beds in Bedroom 3, otherwise there will be a $100 charge per bedroom to come out and change them.
Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.
A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
Minimum 3 night stay during Christmas and New Year.

Location:
Around 6–8 minutes from central Queenstown and about 12–15 minutes to Frankton (with plenty of shops), the location was ideal for us. It’s set in a beautiful, central and peaceful area, which we really appreciated. Being just outside the main town actually enhanced our trip, we explored more, took in the scenery, and enjoyed the surroundings at a slower pace while still having easy access to everything we needed.
Accommodation:
The house was modern, exceptionally comfortable, clean, and very practical, with a genuinely warm and welcoming feel. It completely changed the way we experienced our holiday, from living out of a suitcase to truly settling into a home.
Travelling with kids under 10, having a fully equipped house made a huge difference. It gave us space to relax while still being together—some could watch TV or cook downstairs, while others rested or unwound in their rooms.
The home had all the modern comforts, including underfloor heating and excellent climate control, so we were always comfortable no matter the weather. Honestly, the house played a big role in how much we enjoyed our stay.
Service:
Communication was prompt, clear, and helpful throughout. It was obvious the hosts genuinely cared about making sure we had a great holiday.
Having been to Queenstown a few times this place has definitely been the best! We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Queenstown.

Check in was smooth, apartment was spotless! It's spacious, well lit and well appointed. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Note that salt/sugar & coffee/tea provided, no other spices or oil. Host provided laundry detergent which was so appreciated.Bathroom floors are heated which felt really luxurious. I'd 100% recommend a stay here if you have a vehicle. There are multiple restaurants to walk to but downtown Queenstown is a 10 min drive. We enjoyed the peaceful setting
