Redfern Retreat

I don't know where to start when it comes to describing what I liked! The perfect home base for experiences like coronet peak, arrowtown and the shotover jet/canyon swing which are all only minutes away, far enough away from the craziness of queenstown traffic but still so close to town! The perfect place to retreat to after a long cold day of exploring.. heaters galore, plush carpets, comfy couches and beds, beautiful decor and that view! So sad to only have 3 nights in this beautiful place, thankyou for an unforgettable stay.

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable home for our family. Loved the touch of kids toys. The views were amazing. Plunger coffee so good! Beautiful blankets, soft carpet. The place was so clean and felt relaxing. Love the bath robe and sandals touch, packing for Queenstown in winter sandals was not on our list, so this was awesome. Heaters to keep the place warm. Such a nice location just outside of the busy city centre but only arms reach to drive. Quiet neighbourhood. Loved our stay we have recommend this place to friends and would definitely stay again when we are in Queenstown next.

This was our favourite stay during our South Island trip. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped with everything you need. We really loved the outdoor hot tub in the evening to enjoy some stargazing in the cold. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The apartment is about a 10 minute drive from the Queenstown centre but we personally preferred this - it was much quieter and we enjoyed the scenic drive to town each day. Great view of the mountains out on the deck. Added plus is it’s easily walkable to the Shotover Jet just down the road.

Absolutely nothing - we will 100% rebook if we’re ever in Queenstown again.
