About this bed and breakfast
As a lifelong nature lover, I fell in love with this village nestled in the Pino d'Aleppo Nature Reserve. I bought these homes to live here and share the authentic Sicilian experience with guests who want to discover the real Sicily.
Casavacanzekastalia 3 "La Blu" is a holiday home inside Athena Resort on Ragusa’s southern coast. It features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and sleeps up to 6 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, 2 heat pump air conditioners, washing machine, 2 private balconies, and a private outdoor barbecue area.
From April to September, the village becomes lively and vibrant: enjoy the pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, private beach with shuttle service, entertainment for adults and children, mini club with dedicated pool (ages 3-10), and gym. Available year-round: 6 tennis courts, 2 football pitches, and 2 playgrounds.
In the winter months, the area is peaceful: the green of the Aleppo pines and the crisp air of the reserve offer pure relaxation. Nearby, explore the UNESCO Baroque wonders of Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Noto, and Ispica, as well as the iconic locations from Inspector Montalbano—Punta Secca, Scicli, Marina di Ragusa, and Sampieri—all just a short drive away.
