We would stay at Terradamari Resort & Spa again in a heartbeat. It truly feels like a secret gem in the Marina di Modica area with a wonderful, integrated local feel. The rooms were HUGE, and the beds were super comfortable. The water at the beach was gorgeous and perfectly calm for our daughter to swim. The breakfast buffet was also WAY better than expected! Above all, the staff on-site was awesome. A special shoutout to Giuliana and Davide, who were over-the-top incredible! Giuliana in particular was so warm, welcoming, and genuine that we wished we could have stayed connected with her—she’s the kind of person you just want to hang out with. The hotel design was classy and clean; landscaping and grounds were absolutely gorgeous!

They seemed a bit understaffed at times. Note that beach club access is an extra fee despite being marketed as beachfront—we were happy to pay, but wish they spent more time grooming the sand and offered beachside table service. The pool area was clean but the pool itself could use some love, and it felt like a missed opportunity to have music and poolside drink orders. On-site food was good but not incredible (drinks at the hotel bar were much better than room service from the attached restaurant), and breakfast service could be a bit more attentive with coffee orders.
