The facility and hosts were charming. The view from our balcony exceptional. A generous included buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious. The breakfast host and housekeeper was very friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The host volunteered to call ahead for us in Italian to arrange a taxi to meet us at the train station for our next accommodation in Pozzallo.
The excellent view was achieved by the location being in almost the highest part of Noto. This must be earned by being able to walk up the hill and many steps from main street with all the dining places.

- excellent scenic location (if you book the right room)
- beautiful historic room
- quiet (good windows)
- AC
- good breakfast
- fridge, free water refill
- no parking (gotta drive around sometimes to find a spot)
- a bit of uphill walk, but that's expected in Noto
- a bit tight check-in time (but they can make an exception)

Location was excellent, in the heart of Noto and close to most attractions.
Room of decent size and breakfast was good.
There was no-one to check us in on arrival even though we had confirmed time of arrival which meant we waited outside in heat for half an hour.
When check in did happen it was unprofessional and ad hoc.

Lovely staff, clean room and good location. Just a few minutes down the steps and you're in the thick of Noto.
One of the key selling points of this place is the terrace but it's only open at limited times and on one our days there was a wedding outside so we couldn't access at all. We weren't told about this and it was very noisy.
Ladies serving breakfast were lovely but the offering is basic.
