The 90 m² "Small House am See" extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor there are living and dining room, the kitchen and the bathroom. The 2 terraces and the garden are to be walked directly from the living and dining room and equipped with sufficient seating. The direct lake view is given by both terraces. In the living area there is a living area, a large flat screen TV and a fireplace. The dining room offers a large table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is modern, the bathroom with rain fall shower and toilet. The 2 bedrooms are on the first floor. The loggia on the upper floor is the ideal place to look at the lake and let your mind wander.
