About this house rental

The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach of the idyllic village of Quetzin, which is 2 km from the center of the resort of Plau am See. A rowing / motor boat can be rented to the house for a fee. The house was completely renovated in winter 2017/18 and offers a living space of approx. 65 sqm. and a directly adjoining, partially covered terrace of approx. 50 sqm, with seating and reclining furniture, an ideal place to relax. The modern and tastefully furnished rooms all have electric underfloor heating under the tiled floor. For your self-catering, a dishwasher, an induction cooker with an oven, a microwave, two refrigerators (the second on the terrace), a coffee machine, a coffee machine and a toaster. The dining area has a dining table with four chairs and is integrated into the living room, which is equipped with a comfortable corner sofa, a coffee table and a flat-screen satellite TV. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of large parts of the Plauersee. Caution! On the 1st The weekend in August is the Quetziner beach party, which can cause considerable noise pollution in the evening.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: bed linen + hand towels 10 € / pers. - If desired, please report in good time, rowing boat € 10 / day (at least 4 days) with 2hp engine € 20 / day (at least 4 days), final cleaning € 50 and heating if required € 0.30 / KWh are to be paid on site,

Ein tolles Haus was von netten Vermietern liebevoll gestaltet wurde. Alles ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Nur der Garten wurde neu gestaltet was einen noch besseren Blick auf den See zu lässt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Plauer See. Der Bootssteg (mit eigenem Ruderboot) sowie der Badestrand ist 2 min. zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche verlebt, woran das Haus einen sehr hohen Anteil hatte. Es war super sauber und alles sehr modern, aber trotzdem nicht unpersönlich eingerichtet. Es mangelt an nichts, die Ausstattung ist klasse, wenn man davon absieht, dass es keine Schnapsgläschen gibt, aber da kann man(n) sich ja zu helfen wissen... ;) Der Blick von der Terrasse, auf der man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen findet, auf den Plauer See ist phantastisch. Sehr praktisch ist auch, dass es auf der Terrasse einen zweiten Kühlschrank gibt, der immer mit Getränken gut zu füllen ist. Alles in allem ein herzliches Dankeschön an Familie Jurisch, wir haben die Woche sehr genossen!

Liebe Familie Jurisch, wir haben uns pudelwohl in Ihrem liebevoll renovierten Haus gefühlt. Wenn man es ruhig mag, ist die Lage direkt am See ein Traum. Die Sonnenaufgänge sind herrlich. Mit dem Kajak hat man einen tollen Einstieg direkt vor der Haustüre. Es ist alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Vielen Dank für alles! Viele Grüße Familie Großmann
