Access to a spacious southwest-facing balcony (approx. 20 sqm) with seating area. 1 master bedroom with a double bed (1.8 x 2.0 m), 2 nightstands, and a sliding-door closet. 1 small children’s room with a bunk bed (max. 2 children aged 4–16), a wardrobe, and seating. Bathroom with sink and vanity, toilet, walk-in shower, and towel radiator.
