Villa Saxonia in Binz Wohnung 13 Ostseeschwalbe

This approximately 45-square-meter two-room apartment, with its light-filled sunroom and the lovely name “Ostseeschwalbe,” awaits you on the first floor of Villa Saxonia, just a few steps from the magnificent sandy beach in Binz.


From the entryway, you’ll enter the combined living and dining area. It’s furnished with a comfortable corner sofa (which can be converted into a bed for 2 people), a flat-screen TV, a radio, and a CD player. Wi-Fi is, of course, also available.


The kitchen, which blends harmoniously into the space, features a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, and various kitchen utensils, so you can easily prepare your own meals. By the way, it’s only about a three-minute walk to the nearest grocery store and two bakeries.


You can choose to dine either in the living room at the glass dining table or in the sunroom, which features a large dining table for 4 people. Two super-comfortable lounge chairs also invite you to relax here. A portable sunshade ensures that you can enjoy shade or plenty of sunshine, just as you wish.


The separate bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed and a wardrobe. In addition, a modern bathroom with a shower/toilet, sink, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and heated towel rack is at your disposal.


Of course, a parking space is also reserved for you free of charge on the property.


As a special extra, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the beautiful sandy beach in Binz during the season (approx. late May through late September).


Apartment 13 “Ostseeschwalbe” is designed to accommodate up to 4 people plus a toddler in an optional travel crib. In the interest of all subsequent guests, smoking in the apartment and bringing pets are not permitted.
