Property was just as descripted in VRBO add. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. However, there were a few things that we a bit frustrating. The portable heater in the living room stopped working on the first night, however we did not report it as the main heating system kept us comfortable. Also, several of the wall plugs either didn't work or stopped working after a while. Lastly, the check out instructions provided asked that all dishes be put in the dishwasher before leaving; there was no dishwasher and we washed all dishes used. The instructions also stated that all bedding and towels be put in the laundry; there was no laundry area in the unit. If we have to wash dishes, remove the trash and strip the beds, why am I paying a 120 cleaning fee???? Overall, the experience was fine.

We loved our stay! The location is perfect, easy to pop out and walk anywhere but far enough away from too much noise. We had an infant and it was easy to put her in a stroller and walk down to the shops or out to eat. The living room area is lovely with all the natural light and the little balcony where you can watch the boats pass by. It’s also in the social district so I walked down the street to grab a drink to bring back to the bnb after she went to bed. The only thing that would have made it better was a washer dryer but by no means a dealbreaker for us. Husband and I also wanted to stream from our computer or phone onto the tv but the tv is xfinity only which we don’t have. If you’re wanting to do that, bring a cord. Again, not a dealbreaker. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Had parking space which we left and could walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Bonus was Wednesday night the park had music and we could sit on the balcony and listen. Only issue we found was in the morning the fish charters go out and people waiting are a bit noisy and it’s usually early in the morning. It would be nice if a sign could be posted that stated quiet residents in area. Overall great stay and would book here again.

Some good some bad! Toilet bowel was full of rust stains, the Oder from the rottening fish in the trash at the bottom of the entry stairs was really bad all the time. sliding door would not all open all the way and had no screen. sliding door blinds were broke. Nothing like smelling rotten fish and trash in the dumpster at the stairs all weekend
